This silent session is designed to be more intensive than our weekly classes. It allows the mind more time to acknowledge frequent daily thoughts and develop deeper levels of awareness of our body, mind, thoughts and feelings.

Please bring a bag lunch.
It is recommended that to attend this Retreat, you should have attended a few classes prior/had some Meditation experience.
Donations for the retreat are appreciated.
