Therapeutic Mindful Stretching

In the US alone, there are more than 300,000 hip replacements and 500,000 knee surgeries performed per year! You can avoid being a statistic by incorporating preventative mindful stretching practice into your daily life!

Join us and learn how to use your mindful decision-making to stretch further and more comfortably, to utilize your muscles more effectively, to improve joint and muscle endurance, to relieve pain and reduce occurrence of some common muscular/bone illness.

Dwight Chien, our long-term member, will be teaching this class. Dwight has over 20 years of meditation practice. He is an Acupuncturist, a Chinese Herbal Practitioner and holds a PhD in Chemistry.

Please wear comfortable clothing. The class will last 2 hours.

As with most programs at the Center, there is no formal charge for this event, however, we encourage and appreciate donations, without which we would no longer exist!
