This silent session is designed to be more intensive than our weekly classes. It allows the mind more time to drop daily thoughts and develop deeper levels of awareness of our body, mind, thoughts and feelings.
Please bring a bag lunch.
It is recommended that to attend this Retreat, you should have a regular meditation practice.
